Designed and built a Copilot Studio agent to handle digital services queries for new members and their staff. Audited and restructured knowledge sources via PowerShell and regex, then layered topic disambiguation, response guardrails, and fallback signposting on top.
Replaced a deprecated approvals process with a Power Automate pipeline covering request capture, multi-stage approvals, asset reconciliation, and Teams notifications. Dynamic cards used as a workaround to meet requirements while navigating environment limitations.
Migrated legacy mainframe infrastructure to Linux servers on virtual machines. Planned the migration to minimise downtime, upgraded legacy applications, and developed replacement systems where existing software could not be carried over.
Fan site built around live NBA data. Python scripts and GitHub Actions handle automated updates and free-tier API rate limiting. A personal project — built because I wanted to, which is usually how the best ones start.
